The Draper HI-TORQ® Metric Reversible Ratcheting Combination Spanner in 11mm addresses this directly through a cranked ring end incorporating a 90-tooth ratchet mechanism that requires only 5° of movement to advance the fastener — making it particularly effective where swing arc is severely limited. The ring end is offset at 15° and features a forward/reverse direction changer, allowing the operator to switch between tightening and loosening without removing the spanner from the fastener. The open end is similarly set at 15°, providing improved access and working angle in confined areas. The 12-point HI-TORQ® ring end geometry is designed to deliver optimal leverage on the fastener. The spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, chrome plated, and fully polished throughout. Overall length is 165mm.
