Critically, only 5° of movement is required to advance the fastener, meaning the spanner performs effectively even where swing arc is severely limited. The 90-tooth ratchet mechanism at the ring end allows precise, controlled engagement with each minor arc of movement, while the 12-point HI-TORQ® ring end maximises contact with the fastener and reduces the risk of rounding. The open end is set at 15° to the shaft, optimising leverage angle during use. At 290mm in length, the spanner provides effective reach and leverage for the 21mm fastener size. Constructed from chrome vanadium steel, the spanner is forged, hardened, and tempered to withstand the demands of professional workshop use. A mirror chrome plated and fully polished finish throughout provides corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
