The Elora Long Metric Double Open End Spanner in 21 x 23mm is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to resist corrosion throughout its service life. The extended reach of the long pattern body provides increased leverage in confined or deep-set applications where a standard-length spanner cannot operate effectively. Both jaw faces feature accurate face openings and are offset at 15 degrees from the shank, allowing the user to reposition the tool for each stroke without fully withdrawing it from restricted spaces. This offset geometry is a recognised engineering convention for double open end spanners used in general mechanical and workshop assembly work. The spanner is manufactured to DIN 3110, ISO 3318, and ISO 1085 specifications, providing dimensional and strength conformance for professional workshop use. The 21 x 23mm size combination addresses two of the most commonly encountered fastener dimensions in metric applications across automotive, industrial, and maintenance environments.
