Working with fasteners in confined or deep-set locations demands a spanner with reach and precision. The Elora Long Metric Double Open End Spanner, 7 x 8mm, is forged from chrome vanadium steel and hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to provide lasting corrosion protection in demanding workshop environments. The jaws feature accurate face openings and are offset at 15 degrees, enabling the spanner to be flipped between strokes for progressive tightening or loosening where swing arc is restricted. This geometry is particularly effective when working in shallow or cluttered spaces where a full rotation is not possible. Manufactured to DIN 3110, ISO 3318, and ISO 1085 specifications, this spanner meets recognised international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. The long-reach design offers additional leverage compared to standard-length open end spanners, reducing the effort required on stubborn fixings. Supplied as a single loose spanner, the Elora 1820 is suited to professional mechanics, engineers, and technicians who require a reliable, standards-compliant hand tool for metric fastener sizes 7 mm and 8 mm.
Professional Quality, forged from chrome vanadium steel hardened, tempered and chrome plated for corrosion protection. Jaws have accurate face openings and are offset at 15°. Sold loose.
