Accurate torque application on fasteners in tight or recessed locations demands a long-reach open end spanner with precise jaw geometry. The Elora 1870 Long Metric Double Open End Spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to provide corrosion protection and long service life in demanding workshop environments. The spanner carries two metric jaw sizes — 10 mm and 11 mm — on a single long-reach shaft, reducing the need to switch tools when working across adjacent fastener sizes. Jaws are machined to accurate face openings and are offset at 15° to the shaft, allowing the user to reposition the spanner with a minimal arc of swing in confined spaces. Manufactured to DIN 3110, ISO 3318, and ISO 1085 specifications, the 1870 meets recognised international standards for open end spanners, ensuring consistent fit and load performance. The product is sold as a single loose spanner, suitable for professional workshops, trade use, and well-equipped toolkits where quality and dimensional compliance are a priority.
Professional Quality, forged from chrome vanadium steel hardened, tempered and chrome plated for corrosion protection. Jaws have accurate face openings and are offset at 15°. Sold loose.
