The spanner features two accurately machined open jaw faces — one 8mm and one 10mm — giving the technician two commonly used metric sizes in a single long-handled tool. Both jaws are offset at 15 degrees, the standard geometry that allows the user to reposition the spanner in confined spaces with minimal swing arc. The long handle design provides additional leverage compared with standard-length open end spanners, reducing the effort required on stubborn or tight fasteners. Manufactured to DIN 3110, ISO 3318 and ISO 1085 specifications, the spanner meets recognised international standards for jaw opening accuracy and spanner geometry.
