The Draper Expert 44053 Coaxial Series Crimping Tool is manufactured from carbon steel that has been hardened, tempered, and finished with a chemically blacked coating to provide ongoing corrosion protection in workshop environments. The tool is designed specifically for crimping F connectors to BNC, TNC and a range of coaxial cable types including RG6, RG58, R58, RG59 and RG62. Five hex die sizes are incorporated:.038",.100",.213",.256" and.324", covering the connector dimensions most commonly encountered in aerial, satellite and data cabling work. PVC cushion grip handles reduce operator fatigue during repetitive crimping tasks. At 225 mm in length, the tool provides sufficient leverage for consistent crimp formation.
