The 900mm level is equipped with three UV-resistant and shock-resistant acrylic vials — one central horizontal vial and two vials positioned at 90° — covering the principal measurement orientations required on site. A precision milled underside ensures maximum flatness and consistent contact with the work surface, directly supporting the level's stated accuracy of 0.5mm per 1 metre in the standard working position. The V-groove formed into the underside allows the tool to seat securely on cylindrical surfaces such as pipework, extending its range of application. The aluminium body receives an electrostatic epoxy powder coat that is baked on for maximum protection against corrosion and everyday workshop wear. Rubber end caps provide shock absorption at both ends, reducing the risk of vial damage from accidental knocks or drops. Hang holes at both ends allow the level to be stored vertically, keeping it accessible and off the work surface when not in use.
