The box section body is machined from high-quality aluminium with a precision-milled underside for maximum flatness and consistent contact with the work surface. The level is fitted with three UV-resistant and shock-resistant acrylic vials: one horizontal vial at 180° and two vertical vials at 90°, enabling simultaneous checking across multiple planes. Accuracy is rated at 0.5mm per metre in a standard working position. A V-groove machined into the body allows the level to sit securely on pipework for accurate alignment of round sections. For durability in demanding site conditions, the aluminium body is electrostatically epoxy powder coated and oven-baked, providing maximum protection against corrosion and surface wear. Rubber shock-absorbing end caps protect the body against knocks and drops. Hang holes at both ends of the level allow for straightforward wall or rack storage when not in use. Supplied as a single 600mm box spirit level.
