Three permanently fixed vials cover the principal measurement axes: one horizontal, one vertical, and one 45° vial. Each vial is manufactured from shock resistant, acrylic UV resistant material, and one vial additionally features a side view facility for situations where a direct overhead or end-on sightline is not practical. This combination of vial orientations reduces the need to reposition the level between tasks. The body is electrostatically epoxy powder coated and baked, delivering maximum protection against corrosion and surface wear in demanding site environments. Shock absorbing end caps protect the level against impact damage at the extremities. Accuracy is rated at 0.5 mm per 1 metre, equivalent to 0.029° in standard position, giving users a consistent and quantifiable precision benchmark. At 1200 mm in length, the level is well suited to setting out longer runs, framing, and structural alignment work.
