The hardened and tempered stainless steel gauge is built for workshop durability, while the large 11mm high LCD figures make readings easy to read in poor light or awkward positions. Switch instantly between metric and imperial readout, use the Hold function to lock a measurement, and use the zero setting control for comparative measurement between components. Accuracy is ±0.02mm (±0.001") with a resolution of 0.01mm (0.0005"), making this suitable for precise brake wear assessment. Powered by 2 x LR44 1.5V batteries (supplied), the caliper comes complete with a calibration certificate and storage case for professional use and traceability.
