Product Number: 24317
Accessing brake and headlight springs in confined areas of the vehicle presents a common challenge during servicing — the Draper 24317 Brake and Headlight Spring Hook is designed specifically for the controlled removal and installation of those hard-to-reach springs. The hook is manufactured from heat treated alloy steel, providing the strength and rigidity required to manipulate stiff or loaded springs without slippage or deformation of the tool. A chemical blacking finish is applied to the steel, offering corrosion protection and extending service life in the workshop environment. Supplied as a single hook, this tool is display packed and suited to professional technicians and experienced home mechanics carrying out brake maintenance or headlight assembly work. Its targeted design ensures a reliable grip on springs that would be difficult or unsafe to manoeuvre by hand.
Ideal for removal and installation of hard to reach brake and headlight springs. Manufactured from heat treated alloy steel and chemically blacked for corrosion protection.
