At the heart of the machine is a powerful induction motor delivering heavy-duty performance across four selectable spindle speeds: 1800rpm, 3000rpm, 6000rpm, and 9000rpm. The lowest speed setting is intended for use with the supplied sanding bobbin, enabling the machine to fulfil both profiling and sanding duties. Spindle tilting from -10° to +30° adds a further dimension of versatility, allowing angled profiles and chamfers that a fixed-head machine cannot achieve. An integrated No-Volt Release (NVR) switch provides an important safety feature, preventing unintended restart after a power interruption.
The Ø30mm spindle accepts tooling up to Ø200mm in diameter and provides 100mm of vertical travel, while the 200mm table opening allows a broad range of cutter blocks to be fitted. The work surface measures a generous 710mm x 640mm and is constructed from high-quality cast iron, providing a stable, flat reference plane and durability for sustained production use.
