The SIP 01477 12" Professional Heavy-Duty Wood Bandsaw is a 750W (1hp), 230V single-phase machine designed for woodworking workshops that demand versatility and consistent cutting performance. At the heart of the machine is a heavy-duty steel frame construction engineered for long-term durability under workshop conditions. The solid cast steel tilting table measures 400 x 500mm and adjusts from 0° to 45°, giving operators precise control over bevel and compound cuts. Fully adjustable blade tensioning ensures the blade remains correctly set for varying widths between 6mm and 15mm, while the integrated rip fence and bearing guide provide consistent, repeatable guidance during operation. A magnetic NVR switch is fitted as standard for added operator safety, and a Ø 100mm dust extraction outlet helps maintain a clean working environment.
The bandsaw offers two blade speeds — 6mtr/sec and 12mtr/sec — allowing the operator to match cutting speed to the material and application. With a cutting height of 175mm and a cutting width of 300mm and a blade length of 2240mm, the machine handles substantial workpieces with confidence.
Supplied as a complete working package, the SIP 01477 includes a mitre gauge, stand, and blade as standard, so the machine is ready to put to work from delivery. The SIP 01477 is covered by the SIP 2-Year Standard Silver Warranty.
