A. The SIP 01944 accepts morticing chisels from 6mm (1/4 inch) to 16mm, with a maximum chisel stroke of 130mm and a maximum chisel-to-table distance of 100mm.
A. Yes. By replacing the morticing chisel with a drill bit (3mm minimum to 13mm maximum), the SIP 01944 doubles as a bench-mounted pillar drill. Drill bits are not supplied with the machine.
