The SIP 02132 2mm Diamond Suction Spray Gun is a powerful air-powered spray gun designed for optimal versatility and control across a range of garage and workshop environments. It is suited to applying paints and other mediums in automotive, woodwork, metalwork and industrial applications.
Built for maximum versatility, the gun features fully adjustable fluid output and fan control, allowing the operator to match output precisely to the required application. An integrated air control screw provides direct air pressure regulation at the gun. A 1 litre locking paint cup delivers a good working reserve, reducing the frequency of refilling and minimising interruption to workflow. The breather hose helps reduce paint spillage and prevents vacuum build-up within both the gun and spray system. The gun is also easily disassembled for quick clean-up and storage.
With a 2mm nozzle diameter and a suction feed system, the 02132 operates across a working pressure range of 65psi (4.5 bar) to 87psi (6 bar) and consumes an average of 8.50CFM (241 ltr/min) of air. The 1/4" BSP air inlet suits standard workshop airline connections. SIP spray guns deliver fine spray patterns suited to achieving smooth, professional-looking finishes, including fast and even coats on larger surfaces and hard-to-reach areas where brushes and rollers are impractical. The gun is confirmed suitable for water-based paints.
