The Sealey VS1601 Compressed Air Adaptor is designed for use with the VS160 or VS168 valve spring compressor tools to hold the valves closed whilst the spring is being compressed. The adaptor features a spark plug adaptor with both M14 and M18 threaded fittings, covering a range of car and light commercial vehicle applications. A valve assembly maintains cylinder pressure when the air supply is cut, keeping valves securely held during the procedure. The VS1601 requires a 90-125psi compressed air supply and a standard bayonet air line coupling, which is not included.
