The SIP 02138 1.4mm Sapphire HVLP Gravity Spray Gun is a professional air-powered spray gun designed for optimal versatility and control across a range of garage and workshop environments. Built for maximum versatility, the gun features fully adjustable fluid output and fan control, enabling the operator to match output precisely to the required application. The 600ml gravity-fed paint cup provides a good reserve, reducing refill interruptions during extended work. A regulator and gauge are supplied with the gun, delivering high accuracy over operating pressure settings within the 43psi (3bar) to 58psi (4bar) range.
With an average air consumption of 12.50CFM (354ltr/min) and a 1.4mm nozzle diameter, this gun is particularly well-suited to high volume and low pressure requirements. The HVLP design delivers fine spray patterns suitable for achieving smooth, professional-looking finishes. It is equally effective on larger surfaces — where fast, even coats are essential — and on hard-to-reach areas unsuitable for brushes and rollers. The gun accepts water-based paints, adding further application flexibility. Air connection is via a standard 1/4" BSP inlet.
