Fixing, framing and upholstery work moves faster with air power, and the PCL SGK01 Staple / Nail Gun Kit delivers a complete 5-piece setup built around PCL's professional 2-in-1 air nail/staple gun. The kit contains genuine PCL couplings and adaptors so the user can connect to an existing air line or compressor supply with ease. The kit contains: 1x AC21CF Airflow Coupling Female Rp 1/4, 1x ACA2593 Standard Adaptor Male R 1/4, 1x ACA2746 Standard Adaptor Female Rp 1/4, 1x APT850 2-in-1 Air Nail/Staple Gun, 1x HA5201 Nylon Hose, supplied in a compressor kit box. The APT850 gun drives 10-50 mm 18SWG nails and 10-40 mm 18SWG staples at 60-116 psi operating pressure through a 1/4" BSP inlet, with a two-stage trigger for firing single or multiple fasteners and a safety trigger device to prevent accidental firing. Weighing just 1.35 kg with a lightweight aluminium body and rubber grip handle, it is supplied in a carry case with an oiler and a starter pack of nails and staples (noise power/pressure 98.5/85.5 dB(A); vibration/uncertainty 2.5/1.25 m/s²). The 7.6 m nylon hose (6 mm i/d, 8 mm o/d, R 1/4 swivel ends, 200 psi / 14 bar max working pressure) features nickel-plated 360° swivel fittings with spring guards, and the airflow coupling (4.8 mm nominal bore, 43 cfm at 100 psi) locks positively onto the case-hardened standard adaptors, which also suit PCL Airflow, Vertex, Twin, non-corrodible and Safeflow safety couplings.
