The Draper 83738 Air Hammer Kit provides a pistol grip air hammer housed in a lightweight aluminium body fitted to an ergonomic soft grip handle, designed to maintain operator comfort during prolonged use. The kit includes five interchangeable chisels covering the most common bodywork applications: a tapered punch chisel, spot weld chisel, sheet metal trimmer chisel, straight chisel and panel cutter chisel. A coil spring retainer and a 1/4" BSP airline connector (PCL Style) are also included, bringing the total kit count to six pieces. Additional individual cutters are available separately. The 10mm chisel shank is a standard fitment across the accessories supplied. The hammer operates at 3,000 blows per minute with a stroke length of 66mm, driven at an operating air pressure of 90psi (6.2 bar). Average air consumption is 4.5cfm (127L/min) and a minimum hose size of 3/8" (10mm) is required. The air inlet accepts a 1/4" BSP connection.
