The PCL SG01P is an HVLP Suction Spray Gun featuring a precision-engineered brass air cap, stainless steel fluid nozzle and needle, designed to deliver a quality paint finish on water-based paints.
The SG01P uses a 1.7 mm fluid nozzle paired with a 1 litre aluminium cup. The brass air cap and stainless steel internals are engineered to provide consistent atomisation and a smooth, even finish coat. The gun operates at 6 CFM (170 l/min) air consumption, making it compatible with a range of workshop compressors.
As a reference to compressor suitability from the PCL product catalogue: the SG01P draws 6 CFM and typical tank-size guidance lists 4 minutes per cycle on a 24 litre unit, 9 minutes on a 50 litre unit, 18 minutes on a 100 litre unit, 26 minutes on a 150 litre unit, and 35 minutes on a 200 litre unit.
