Shell Corena S4 P 100 is an advanced synthetic air compressor oil incorporating synthetic ester base fluids for extra-long-life service, improved efficiency and severe-application capability. The product is positioned for reciprocating (Piston) air compressors operating under demanding conditions — high discharge temperatures, extended drain intervals or where mineral oils have proven inadequate.
The ISO VG 100 viscosity grade is positioned for high-duty reciprocating compressor service.
Approvals and performance levels include ISO 6743-3 (compressor oil classification); DIN 51506 (industrial compressor oil specification); and DIN 51575. The product is tested to ASTM D445; ASTM D1298; ASTM D665; ASTM D130; and ASTM D1401.
The 20-litre pack format is suited to single-machine top-up and small workshop service. Store sealed in the original packaging, in a clean, dry area away from extremes of temperature, to preserve product performance over its shelf life.
The 260°C flash point and -39°C pour point indicate balanced thermal stability and cold-flow performance for typical service.
