Exocet MowerMate protects petrol and petrol fuel systems in equipment used infrequently, supplied here in the 1 litre pack. It is aimed at machinery that stands between uses and at fuel that will sit long enough for ethanol content to become a problem.
Stored petrol discolours, forms gums and deposits and loses ignition quality, and that ageing is irreversible and accelerated by bio-components such as ethanol. MowerMate carries a high dose of antioxidant to delay discolouration and gum formation and maintain ignition quality, and it has corrosion inhibition properties, including protection against ethanol-based corrosion. It cleans up injectors and carburettors and keeps them clean, improves controllability and throttle response, increases fuel economy, controls combustion chamber deposits, reduces unwanted emissions and reduces the potential for filter plugging. It contains an octane booster to reduce pinking.
Dose at 100ml of additive to 10 litres of fuel. It is intended for small storage tanks or directly in the vehicle or machinery fuel tank. Use it where better throttle control is wanted, where ethanol compatibility matters, or where optimum engine cleanliness is the objective.
