BG Special HCF Grease (60535, 15.7kg tub) is a waterproof industrial grease for construction, manufacturing and marine use. It handles fresh water, salt water and chemical exposure without losing its lubricating properties — conditions that would wash out or degrade a standard grease within a short period.
Applied to bearings, joints and heavy-duty lubrication points, it maintains an effective lubricating film under the severe loads found in construction equipment, industrial machinery and marine drives. Anti-corrosion properties protect metal surfaces in aggressive environments, reducing maintenance frequency and protecting components from early failure.
Mechanical stability is a particular strength of this grease. It does not channel or bleed under sustained mechanical working, which means it stays in the lubrication point throughout the full maintenance interval rather than migrating away from contact surfaces.
The 15.7kg tub gives high-volume maintenance operations a cost-effective bulk supply. Apply using standard tub or bulk greasing equipment. Also available in a 429ml size (SKU: 605) for smaller applications.
For construction site use, the 15.7kg tub can be stored on-site in a dry area and dispensed as needed. It is robust enough to handle the storage and handling conditions typical of site maintenance work. Suitable for application by hand, brush or bulk greasing equipment.

A. BG HCF (Heavy-Duty Chassis Fitting) Grease is an extreme-pressure lithium-complex grease for heavy-duty chassis, fifth-wheel, wheel-bearing and industrial lubrication. Higher EP additive content than general-purpose grease.
A. For heavy-duty chassis grease points, commercial-vehicle fifth-wheels, heavy-duty wheel bearings, agricultural and construction equipment, and industrial applications requiring extreme-pressure performance.
A. Yes. BG HCF Grease is water-resistant for chassis exposure to road spray, mud and washdown. Suitable for outdoor and off-road equipment exposed to weather and wet conditions.
A. BG HCF is lithium-complex. Cross-mixing with calcium, sodium or polyurea greases can cause separation. When changing grease types, clean out old grease before applying BG HCF.
A. BG SS2000 is the general-purpose multi-application grease. BG HCF is the heavy-duty / extreme-pressure variant for severe chassis service. Use HCF where loadings are high and EP performance matters; SS2000 for general light-medium duty.
A. For disc-brake wheel bearings, confirm specific temperature tolerance against the application — high-performance disc brakes can run hot. BG HCF performs well in many wheel-bearing applications but specification check is prudent.
