BG Power Clean® Semi-Synthetic Power Steering Fluid (33232E, 946ml) is a synthetic blend red power steering fluid that reduces pump and rack wear, maintains system cleanliness and provides reliable hydraulic performance. The red colouring allows easy identification of fluid type and condition when checking the power steering reservoir.
BG Power Clean® semi-synthetic formulation provides enhanced protection compared to conventional mineral power steering fluids, with improved resistance to fluid breakdown under thermal and oxidative stress. It protects the power steering pump, steering rack and seal integrity, maintaining system responsiveness and preventing noise.
Suitable as a replacement or top-up fluid in power steering systems where a semi-synthetic or compatible fluid is specified. The 946ml size suits workshop use or multiple top-up operations. Also available in 1.8 litre (SKU: 33264).

A. A semi-synthetic red power steering fluid for hydraulic PAS systems. Provides thermal stability, anti-wear protection and oxidative stability for long PAS service life. The red dye distinguishes BG PAS fluid from clear ATF-based PAS fluids.
A. For hydraulic power steering systems that specify a Dexron-compatible or universal red PAS fluid. Check your vehicle handbook — some vehicles specify proprietary green or yellow PAS fluid that is NOT interchangeable with red.
A. Many ATF-based PAS systems accept Dexron-compatible PAS fluid. Confirm the OEM PAS fluid specification before substitution — particularly for European vehicles which may specify proprietary CHF green or yellow fluids.
