Product Number: 08281400
Mechanical pullers place considerable demands on their leg assemblies, and a worn, broken, or missing leg can render an otherwise serviceable puller unusable. The Sykes-Pickavant 08281400 Leg Assembly is a direct replacement component designed to restore a mechanical puller to full working order, or to supplement an existing set where additional reach or flexibility is required.
The leg is reversible, meaning it can be configured for either external or internal pulling operations. This dual orientation allows the same component to serve two distinct applications without the need for separate tooling, making it a practical addition to any workshop undertaking engine or transmission work.
The leg measures 236 mm in length, providing the reach necessary for a wide range of pulling tasks. The overall product dimensions are 290 x 110 x 30 mm, and the assembly weighs 0.62 kg. These figures reflect a component that is robustly constructed whilst remaining manageable in use.
As a Sykes-Pickavant replacement part, this leg assembly is designed to integrate with compatible mechanical pullers within the Sykes-Pickavant range. Workshops that operate multiple pullers or require on-hand spares will find this a straightforward means of maintaining operational readiness without replacing an entire puller set.
