Press spares pick by tonnage, because the frame's rating names its parts. The pumps run the ladder: one pump serves the 15 and 20 tonne presses, another the 30 tonne, a third the 50, each numbered to its frames, so the rating plate on the press picks the pump without measurement.
The sliding gear follows the same ladder. Cylinder sliding plates come in 15 and 20 tonne, 30 tonne and 50 tonne forms, the sliding cylinder spacers pair the 15 and 20 and the 30 and 50 tonne frames, and the cylinder locking hand wheel spans the range from 15 to 50 tonnes, the one part most presses share. The 50 tonne cylinder itself is listed, so the biggest frame is revived at its heart.
The corner pieces serve the jobs around the press: the ram receiver assembly, the press frame support clamp for transmission jacks, and the cutter blades for the hydraulic nut splitters, the M6 to M16 and M10 to M24 splitters each taking their own blade, the true consumable of the family, replaced as the edge rounds.
The tonnage and the tool number are the whole search: typed in they find the parts, the drop down selector shows a press's spares complete, and an unmarked plate or pump photographed over WhatsApp on 07754288583 comes back named against its frame.
