Worn or inconsistent surface finishing slows workshop output and compromises paint preparation quality. The PCL APP760 is a Prestige series pneumatic palm sander with a 150 mm (6") sanding disc, designed for professional use in busy workshop environments.
Constructed from durable composite material, the APP760 is a central vacuum type palm sander offering low noise output and a built-in speed regulator for optimised control. At 0.71 kg it is a lightweight tool suited to extended use, with a free speed of 12,000 rpm and a vibration figure of 2.8 m/s².
The sander is well suited to a broad range of surface finishing tasks including auto body shop paint preparation, bumper and fabricated metal parts, steel caps, fibreglass boats, final finish sanding, wood furniture, and architectural millwork. Air consumption at working pressure is 2.5 CFM, with recommended receiver sizes of 24 L for occasional use through to 200 L for continuous workshop demand.
The PCL APP760 is part of the Prestige range of pneumatic tools, manufactured by PCL in Sheffield, UK — a heritage of compressed-air tool production stretching back to 1938, and now part of HORNGROUP.
