Pre-assembled airline hose connections save time on installation and avoid the need for on-site crimping equipment. The PCL HA2113 is a ready-to-fit hose assembly comprising 20 metres of 8 mm (5/16 in) inside-diameter air hose, fitted with a Standard Adaptor at one end and a Male Thread R 1/4 at the other end — supplied complete and ready for connection.
The hose is constructed from a high-performance TPE compound which, according to PCL, looks and feels like rubber but without its associated downsides. The pre-fitted Standard Adaptor and R 1/4 Male ends mean no crimping equipment is required, making installation straightforward in workshop and industrial compressed-air systems.
With a 20 m working length and 8 mm (5/16 in) inside diameter, the HA2113 is suited to applications where a longer airline run is needed from a compressor or distribution manifold to a tool or outlet point. The Standard Adaptor fitting at one end is compatible with PCL's widely used Airflow series couplings.
