Cutting perfectly round, accurate holes in metals, plastics and wood demands a blade that combines a hardened cutting edge with a tough, resilient body — the Draper 34775 HSS Bi-Metal Holesaw Blade delivers exactly that. The variable pitch, bi-metal construction features an M3 steel cutting edge welded to an alloy steel body, a design that reduces the risk of shattering and ensures the blade remains durable and hardwearing across demanding applications. Suitable for cutting wood steel brass bronze cast iron aluminium and plastic the holesaw achieves a maximum cutting depth of 35mm (1-3/8""). Four side slots are incorporated to aid removal of the cut slug while a female threaded spindle accepts a 9.5mm arbor allowing fast attachment to a power drill for a clean heavy-duty cutting action in stubborn materials. For metal cutting applications the use of a suitable lubricant is advisable to prolong the service life of the holesaw. The blade is supplied as a single 140mm unit and is compatible with standard 9.5mm arbors widely used in professional workshop environments.
