The Draper 41095 is a heavy-duty variable pitch bi-metal holesaw designed to meet that challenge across a wide range of materials, including steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, aluminium, plastics and wood. The blade is constructed from high-quality alloy steel body with a hardened M3 steel cutting edge that is welded directly to the body. This bonded construction significantly reduces the risk of shattering, making it a dependable choice for demanding workshop and site applications. The variable pitch tooth geometry promotes a fast, clean, heavy-duty cutting action, even in stubborn materials. The holesaw offers a maximum cutting depth of 35mm (1-3/8"). Four side slots are incorporated into the body to aid slug removal and keep the cut clear during use. A female threaded spindle accepts a standard 9.5mm arbor, allowing the blade to be fitted quickly to most power drills. When cutting metal, use of a lubricant is advisable to prolong service life; Draper Metal Cutting Lubricant (Stock No. 76109, 400ml) is a suitable option. Supplied as a single 114mm HSS bi-metal holesaw blade.
