The Draper 41094 HSS Bi-Metal Holesaw Blade addresses this with a hardened M3 steel cutting edge welded to a tough alloy steel body — a construction that combines cutting performance with durability and reduces the risk of shattering during use. The variable pitch bi-metal design makes this holesaw suitable for a wide range of materials, including wood, steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, aluminium and plastic. It delivers a fast, clean, heavy-duty cutting action with a maximum cutting depth of 35mm (1-3/8"). Four side slots aid removal of the slug, keeping the cutting zone clear during operation. The holesaw features a female threaded spindle that fixes to a 9.5mm arbor, allowing straightforward attachment to power drills. When cutting metal, it is advisable to use a lubricant — such as Draper Stock No. 76109 Metal Cutting Lubricant (400ml) — to prolong the service life of the blade. Supplied as a single 105mm holesaw blade.
