Keeping large production floors, agricultural premises and recycling sites clean continuously is a maintenance challenge that demands a reliable, zero-maintenance sweeping solution that can be fitted to the vehicles already in use on site. The Osborn Broomate® Maximate is a Superior quality industrial sweeper with a 2,400 mm (8ft) sweep width, designed for forklift mounting. The Broomate® range has no hydraulics, motors or electrical parts. Attaches to a forklift (fork width 170 mm, fork height 75 mm) and sweeps forward and in reverse. The 5 mm galvanized steel hood includes protective fork-shoes and end-shields. Brush strips are made from polypropylene and last up to 800 km; they can be replaced in seconds without tools. Key dimensions: trim height 265 mm, height 480 mm, brush length 625 mm. Storage support legs prevent brush deformation when not in use. Various mounts for other vehicles are available on request.
Application: In production facilities, agricultural premises or recycling and waste management sites there are a lot of areas which need to be kept clean at any time.

All sizes require a fork width of 170mm and fork height of 75mm. If your aisles are narrower than 2,400mm, the Midimate (1,820mm) may be more appropriate. For larger areas, consider the Megamate (2,980mm).
