How do I find the right part for my Komatsu?

Which Komatsu parts do you cover?

The 8-series mini excavators are best served: rubber tracks, final drives, track rollers and undercarriage. From there the range extends to turbos, seals and gaskets, oil, air and fuel filters, seats and electrical parts, covering the common wear and service items for the diggers and, where listed, the backhoe and telehandler ranges.

Can I get parts for an older Komatsu machine?

Undercarriage, tracks and filters carry across model generations, so a current part often fits an older Komatsu. Give us the model, or the track size for undercarriage, and we'll match it; if it isn't listed online, contact the order desk.

Are these genuine Komatsu parts?

No. These are aftermarket parts made to original-equipment (OE) specification, not parts branded by Komatsu. Many come from the same tier-1 suppliers that build for the original machines, and where they do, the maker is named on the product page.

What if a part doesn't fit or arrives damaged?

If a part doesn't fit or arrives damaged, you're covered. Report a damaged-on-arrival item within 24 hours with a photo to order@partsformachines.com and we'll arrange a replacement. Parts that don't fit your machine are covered by our Fit Guarantee for a free return. For a change of mind, return the part within 30 days in its original packaging for a refund, though a restocking fee may apply. What track fits a Komatsu PC40?

Choose PC40 with its suffix in the Finder and the tracks that fit it come up, each listed with width, pitch and link count. A PC40-7 and a PC40-6 take different tracks, so use the suffix on the plate.

Can I find a Komatsu part by its part number?

Yes. Put the Komatsu number, or the number on the old part, into the header search and the matching listing comes up with its OE reference. Ask Simon if it does not.

Do you cover older Komatsu machines?

The older PC minis, the PC15-2, PC12-1, PC10-5 and PC20-7 among them, and the D21A-7 dozer are all in the Finder. What matters is the suffix rather than the year.

Komatsu

Your Komatsu plate reads PC30-6, PC40-7 or PC78MR-6, and you want a price rather than a quote form. Komatsu starters, alternators and bucket teeth: PC200, PC210, D-series

Starter motors and alternators come next, listed against the model with the OE number and voltage. Bucket teeth and adaptors follow, then radiators.
