A pipe or cable left to rattle against the chassis wears through long before its service life is up.
Sized at 22mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSH22BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant. Record the 22mm closed diameter against the line specification so reorders match first time.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 22mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 22mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 7/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. Let the temperature decide. Up to +60C, the standard black TPE liner covers it; beyond that - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs, hot plant - the grey TPE160 liner is rated from -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M6 hardware; the fixing hole is 6.6mm.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
