JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PEZH36BG carries that specification at 36mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH36BG); the 32mm size (PEZH32BG); the 40mm size (PEZH40BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.
Measure the outside diameter of the line you are fixing and match it to the closed diameter - the liner does the cushioning, the bolt does the holding.
