Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
Sized at 44mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PEZH44BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH44BG); the 40mm size (PEZH40BG); the 48mm size (PEZH48BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.
Measure the outside diameter of the line you are fixing and match it to the closed diameter - the liner does the cushioning, the bolt does the holding.

A. Its closed diameter is 44mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.

A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 10.8mm hole to suit an M10 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
