Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
Sized at 36mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNZH36BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Zinc plated over mild steel and fitted with the TPE160 liner as standard, the M8 range carries lines on heavier structures - plant, frames and chassis - in non-corrosive conditions; the dimensionally identical stainless version covers wet duty. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH36BG); the 32mm size (PNZH32BG); the 40mm size (PNZH40BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
