Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
The PEZH10BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 10mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M10 fixing hole (10.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
Largest bolt in the range: the M10 version, zinc plated over mild steel with the high-temperature TPE160 liner fitted as standard, made to the same band dimensions as the M8 so brackets and spacing carry over. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH10BG); the 8mm size (PEZH8BG); the 13mm size (PEZH13BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 10mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 10mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 3/8 in, if you work in imperial.
