Sized to adjust between 40-55mm, the HGS55RP carries the construction details Hi-Grip is specified for - rolled screw threads on a cold-headed, work-hardened hex head, fully rounded band edges, and a published tightening torque of 6.0 Nm (54 lb-in) for this size band. The range is made to exceed BS5315 and holds the BSI Kitemark and NATO approval.
Packed as a carton of 10 for the counter and the toolbox, it carries the full stainless specification - every component 18/8 (EN 1.4301) stainless steel with Lloyd's Register Type Approval - for hose joints in wet, corrosive and saltwater service from boats to washdown bays.
