Sized to adjust between 25-35mm, the HGS35RP carries the construction details Hi-Grip is specified for - rolled screw threads on a cold-headed, work-hardened hex head, fully rounded band edges, and a published tightening torque of 5.0 Nm (45 lb-in) for this size band. The range is made to exceed BS5315 and holds the BSI Kitemark and NATO approval.
Every component is the same grade of 304 stainless steel, verified by JCS's salt mist testing, so there is no plated screw or mixed-metal weak point to corrode first. Lloyd's Register Type Approval covers marine, offshore and industrial service. Choose the size whose adjustment range covers the fitted outside diameter of your hose; the 10-pack covers a full circuit or keeps spares aboard.

A. It adjusts between 25-35mm. Measure the outside diameter of your hose when fitted over its pipe or fitting - if that measurement falls within 25-35mm, this clip fits. JCS clips offer a larger adjustment range per size than typical nut-and-bolt clamps. In imperial terms that is roughly 1 to 1 3/8 in, covering common 1 and 1 1/4 in hose sizes.
A. JCS recommends 5.0 Nm (45 lb-in) for this size. Position the clip centrally over the hose barb and tighten incrementally to that torque - over-tightening can damage the hose.
