Rated to 95 kg static load with a deflection rate of 2.8 kg/mm, this soft-grade mount offers the greatest movement of any Shore rating in the rectangular sandwich range, translating directly into superior isolation performance at lower excitation frequencies. Constructed with rubber-to-metal bonded technology, the mount integrates the elastomeric element firmly between its steel faces, eliminating slippage whilst preserving the full compliance of the 45 Shore A compound. The bond also enables loading in shear, compression, or a combination of both, giving engineers flexibility in mounting orientation without compromising isolation integrity. A high-quality rubber compound moulded in between two metal flanges with a secondary metal interleaf bonded into the rubber section. The metal interleaf increases the maximum load capacity of the mountings, meaning they are capable of withstanding significantly higher loads.
