Rated at a maximum radial load of 50 kg with a deflection rate of 0.7 kg/mm, the TB25 is the smallest T-Bush in this range and is sized to suit applications where compact geometry and precise load management matter most. With a body diameter (A) of 27 mm, inner bore (C) of 10 mm, outer sleeve length (B) of 17.5 mm, inner sleeve length (D) of 20 mm, and a flange dimension (F) of 6 mm, it occupies minimal envelope whilst delivering the structural integrity expected of rubber-to-metal bonded construction. The TB25 follows the inner-outer-sleeve principle: natural rubber is bonded under pressure between a machined inner sleeve and a formed outer sleeve, creating a unit that handles dynamic loads in shear, compression, or a combination of both without any supplementary fastening compounds. The bonded construction requires no lubrication and is maintenance free throughout its service life, reducing workshop intervention and lowering the total cost of ownership across high-cycle applications. At the lighter end of the load band, the TB25 is well suited to pivot bearings and mechanical linkages where controlled articulation and vibration isolation are priorities, as well as cab mounts and engine mounts on agricultural machinery, off-road vehicles, and compact construction plant. The rubber-to-metal bond improves machinery lifespan, protects surrounding structures from transmitted vibration, and contributes to improved operator comfort in ride-critical installations. It also finds application in marine, railway and mass transit, and military and defence environments. The TB25 is one of nine variants in this T-Bush range.
