The rubber-to-metal bonded construction holds the M8 x 20mm stud securely within the 25mm diameter by 20mm high body, combining reliable mechanical retention with the elastic give that soft rubber provides. The flat buffer geometry makes fitment straightforward: it installs directly against a surface or secondary object, acting either as a bump stop that cushions impact shocks from external moving components, or as an elastic element in direct compression or shear.
