Engineered to hold firm under load, the 5045FF08-70 is a 70 Shore A female-female bobbin mount with a 50 mm diameter by 45 mm height and M8 female threads at both ends, rated to a maximum load of 120.0 kg with a tightly controlled deflection of just 4.0 mm. Where a mounting must resist displacement under shock or sustained heavy load, the firm 70 Shore A rubber compound delivers the stiffness and restraint that softer grades cannot. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction translates that hardness into dependable load retention across the life of the installation. As the firmest grade available in the 50x45 mm M8 female-female bobbin family, this mount is best suited to applications where minimal movement is the priority: generator sets subject to diesel-engine torque pulses, heavy industrial machinery and equipment where structural security matters, and exhaust mountings exposed to repeated shock loading. It is equally at home in construction and off-highway plant, power generation, marine, and agricultural machinery, anywhere load management and positional stability must be maintained concurrently. The bobbin may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both. For installations with less severe load requirements or where greater isolation and deflection are preferable, the same 50x45 mm M8 female-female geometry is available in 45 Shore A (SKU 5045FF08-45) and 60 Shore A (SKU 5045FF08-60).
