At 70 Shore A, this is the firmest grade in the 40x45 mm female-female range, making it the appropriate choice when structural restraint, impact resistance and minimal displacement matter more than maximum isolation travel. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction gives the mount reliable integrity across the load cycle, whether the application demands loading in shear, compression or a combination of both. The 40 mm diameter by 45 mm height body accepts M10 female threads at both ends, fitting neatly into installations where a through-bolt or stud is used to clamp the mount between two faces. The firm 70 Shore A compound resists creep under sustained load and responds predictably to shock and impact events, qualities that matter on generator sets, diesel engines and industrial machinery where dynamic forces are continuous rather than occasional. Applications well suited to this grade include exhaust mounting systems, diesel generator frames, industrial equipment bases and heavy-duty machinery installations where the connected assembly must remain positionally stable.
