The M8 male stud (d1 x L: M8 x 23) and M8 female thread (d2: M8) allow direct in-line installation without additional hardware, and the 60 Shore A rubber hardness sits at the mid-point of the available grade options, providing useful deflection without the high movement associated with softer grades. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction gives the mount consistent load transfer in shear, compression or a combination of both loading modes. The bonded interface improves machinery lifespan by reducing transmitted vibration and shock, protects surrounding structures from stress, and contributes to improved operator comfort in attended applications. Stainless steel metal inserts and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for more demanding environments, as are custom sizes.
