At 195 mm long, 175 mm wide and 150 mm tall, with a maximum load rating of 1,800 kg, it occupies the upper end of the standard load band while retaining the generous deflection characteristics that define a soft-grade mount. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction keeps the elastomer and metalwork unified under service loads, whether the mount is loaded in compression, shear, or a combination of the two. The 40 Shore A rubber gives greater deflection under a given load than medium or firm grades, translating machinery movement into isolation energy rather than transmitting it through the structure. Oil-resistant and high-temperature rubber compounds, along with stainless steel metalwork, are available on request for more demanding service environments.
