Rated to a maximum static load of 1,000 kg, the AVLF80 is the entry point to this levelling foot range, a rubber-to-metal bonded machine foot with a 35 mm stem diameter, 80 mm base diameter and M10 thread, purpose-built to level machinery while simultaneously reducing vibration and structure-borne noise transmission. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction forms a durable, resilient interface between machine frame and floor. Accepted loading may be applied in compression, shear, or a combination of both, giving installation flexibility across a wide variety of machine configurations. The adjustable stem spans a height range of 50–200 mm, accommodating significant variation in floor level or machine base geometry without secondary packing. Oil-resistant and high-temperature rubber compounds, as well as stainless steel hardware, are available to order where the operating environment demands them. At its 1,000 kg static load ceiling, the AVLF80 is well suited to lighter machine tools, lathes, food processing and pharmaceutical equipment, and conveyor systems where floor loading per foot is moderate. By absorbing and decoupling machinery vibration, the foot helps extend equipment service life, protects surrounding structures and flooring, and contributes to improved operator comfort over prolonged production runs. This foot is part of a coordinated range. Larger base and load variants include the AVLF100 and AVLF120. Compact alternatives are available as AVLF50.
