At the top of the range, HYDVC3.200 is a 175 mm Type A hydro mount with an M20 thread, engineered to absorb and isolate vibration in the demanding high-load applications where standard rubber mounts reach their limits. With dimension A at 175 mm, flange diameter F at 115 mm, overall height H at 80 mm, and bolt pattern centre J at 108 mm, this is the largest mount in the family and is sized to carry the heaviest loads the series supports. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction delivers vibration reduction of up to 95%, making it well suited to lower-frequency, larger-scale applications. The unique hydraulic design gives excellent isolation performance at the load levels associated with heavy plant and equipment, protecting surrounding structures and extending machinery service life. Stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubbers are available on request for specialised operating environments. Primary applications include off-highway vehicles, operator cabs, construction and earth-moving machinery, and agricultural equipment.
